Pain FULL or Pain FREE?


It is known around the endurance community that 85% of endurance athletes are injured at some point. 

To give you an idea about the types of injuries. These are the top 5 running injuries that you will hopefully manage to avoid: 

  1. Stress Fractures
  2. Tendonitis
  3. Plantar Fascitis
  4. Runner’s Knee
  5. Shin Splints
